If you’re wondering, “How to save my marriage?” then you only have to look around you to remember the things you did together when you were first married or first dating. Are you still doing those things today? If you’re trying to figure out, “How to save my marriage?” then chances are you’re not.
Marriages get into trouble for a variety of different reasons. There are affairs, lies, boredom, changes people go through that make them more or less appealing to each other, moves, children, jobs . . . . All these things factor into a marriage and help determine whether it’s healthy or whether you’ll end up asking, “How to save my marriage?”
If there are have been affairs or serious betrayals and lies, then probably the best thing you can do if you want to save the marriage it to go to counseling. This isn’t one of the secret techniques, but it’s probably the only one that can really help once things like that have gone on.
Through marriage counseling, you may be able to get at the heart of why there was cheating, and find ways to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Counseling may also lead you to the painful decision that you don’t want to remain in such a marriage where you may not be able to trust your spouse again (or yourself, if you’re the one who cheated).
Sometimes marriage counseling is very painful while you’re going, but once the painful things come out it’s like a wound that’s been cleaned out –now it can start to heal.
The secret techniques aren’t really secret either, but they might as well be because few people every try them and instead do the exact opposite.
The first thing you can do when you find yourself asking, “How to save my marriage?” is to simply leave your spouse alone. Enjoy some me time without your partner. It doesn’t have to be for very long. It can be just a few days. Just make sure your partner knows that it isn’t practice for splitting up, you’re just giving him or her a little breathing room.
Sometimes marriages suffer because spouses spend too much time together. If that’s the case in your marriage, some time apart can be a very good thing.
If the problem with the marriage is that you spend too much time apart already, then you can make a difference in your marriage by taking some initiative. Vow right now to make some changes, and go and schedule a weekend getaway for you both. If that’s too expensive, plan an outing for the day. Or plan three hours of dinner and a movie where it’s just the two of you, on a private and surprise date.
You’d be surprised how these two secret techniques, when used at the appropriate times, can feel so good they’ll take you from asking, “How to save my marriage?” to wondering why you hadn’t been doing these things for several years.

Still in love with your ex? Looking around for break up help? Well now you find yourself without the person you’re still in love with you either have to find help to move on or help to win them back.
If you feel you should move on then the kind of break up help you’re going to need depends largely on how bad the relationship and the end of the relationship was. If it was a major drama that really and seriously took it out of you emotionally, then without a doubt you’re going to need plenty of time to recover and get over the relationship.
Taking care of yourself is always key after any emotional turmoil, but in this case where you’ve been tossed around and you still feel that you love your ex, it is even more key. Don’t give yourself a hard time for any decisions you made that you now feel in retrospect were wrong decisions. You did the best you could with what you had, so relax and allow yourself to be human.
Make sure that the break up help you need is to look after you and not to look after your ex and what they might be going through. You have left them behind and though you still have strong feelings for them, they are no longer your responsibility.
If you feel you need to talk to a professional to help you put the whole relationship into perspective then you should do this as soon as possible. In a situation where you’re still feeling vulnerable and emotional, the sooner you regain your composure and any eroded self-esteem the better.
If the kind of break up help you’re looking for is help to get your ex back, then you need to do some of the things outlined above, but then you also have to make sure you’re implementing a strategy to bring you full circle so you can make up with your ex.
So follow what’s already been outlined: taking care of yourself first and foremost, talk to a professional if you feel you have to and forget about your ex for a few weeks while you recover self-esteem and direction.
Once you’re through the initial re-grouping stage, you then make contact with your ex. Ask for a meeting somewhere neutral. When you meet your ex, calmly and without being overly emotional explain that you still have feelings for them. Explain that you’ve had time to think and you’d like another chance to make your relationship work. Take the time to listen to your ex and hear their point of view, you don’t necessarily have to agree with them, but you need to listen.
You then give them time to think and leave to wait for them to call you. Truth is it could go either way. Using this break up help guarantees nothing. Just know this, you have given it your best shot so there is no need to spend endless hours beating yourself up.

When There is No Trust – How to Stop a Divorce
By Richard Callaby
A lack of trust is one of the main reasons why people get a divorce. How you can stop a divorce is one of the largest searched terms on the Internet. Everyone seems to have the right answer. Well there is no one single answer to stop a divorce as everyone is different.
Perhaps you have reached this point in your life because at least someone in the relationship was unfaithful. Well I am here to tell you that there are things that can help and there are definitely things that can really hurt you in the end. If you want to stop a divorce then you are going to have to take some real responsibility for your actions and make massive changes in your life.
Words can carry only so much weight. Actions are far better then words. You need to prove you can be trusted again in order for the trust that was broken to be regained. Take your time in order to reignite that passion you had for each other. You need to prove that you can be trusted again.
One way you can really mess things up is to try and justify the reasons why you cheated. You are not really owning up to your actions and not taking responsibility for them either if you follow this route. A real man will take on his own problems and face them down with a sense of pride.
Perhaps you should consider a relationship counselor. After all it is the relationship that is faltering right now. Can you work to repair it? If so then do everything in your power to get that level of trust back.
Getting back with your ex after you broke the level of trust is going to be difficult but not impossible. Many have done it before. The trick here is to really not make the same mistakes in order to win your ex back. Making mistakes can cost you far more then you think. It can cost you the love of your life.
Can you avoid getting a divorce? What are the steps to avoid a divorce? There are many people who have stopped divorces and you can find out how they did just that.

When you break up with someone you love, you go through lots of painful emotions. You feel sad, depressed and hurt, and you miss them. “What should I do to get my ex back?” becomes a question you constantly ask yourself.
There are many websites, books, blogs, forums and even courses designed to answer the question, what should I do to get my ex back? But common sense can really make a difference after a breakup. And common courtesy can go long way toward healing your relationship.
If you’re preoccupied with your lost relationship, wondering “what should I do to get my ex back?” then follow this simple advice. You’ll give yourself the best chance of getting back together with that special someone.
Don’t play games. This is very important, but unfortunately many people resort to this during breakups because it gives them a sense of power. If you can make the other person think that you don’t care, or you care more than you really do, you’re manipulating them and that can feel great. But it won’t feel great for long.
Eventually you’ll realize that lying and tricking the other person isn’t a good feeling. And anything good that happens because of it will always be sullied a little because of the lie.
Some people play games where they pretend to be dating someone else, or they pretend to be in love with someone else. This is a ploy to make the ex jealous. While it does work now and then, other times it makes the breakup permanent because it backfires.
Your ex could be so jealous at the thought of you being with someone else that they want you back. Or they could decide that since you moved on so quickly, you don’t really care about them anyway. You have no way of knowing which way this ploy will work until it’s too late.
Don’t be mean. This holds true in any situation or any relationship, but sometimes the anger around a breakup makes us act more viciously than we normally might. Even if you’re hurt, the fact that you want to know, ‘What should I do to get my ex back?” shows that you’re ready to forgive that person. If you couldn’t, you wouldn’t want your ex back, you’d be glad it was over.
Now, think about how you’ve been acting. If you were your ex, would you look forward to spending time with you or talking to you? Or would you dread each time? Do you shout and nag? Even if you feel like raising all kinds of arguments, simply don’t. Work very hard at controlling your anger and hurt, and being a person they can miss.
“What should I do to get my ex back?” Be on your best behavior and make your ex remember what drew them to you in the first place. They’ll remember your good points and will miss them. Then you’ll have a better chance of being able to get back together with your ex.
These are just the beginning steps in winning your Ex back. They are the initial steps I followed when I lost the love of my life. And frankly these aren’t my original ideas. I turned to T ‘Dub’ Jackson when I had no idea of how to get my true love back.
T ‘Dub’ authored a simple, down to earth step by step plan called “The Magic Of Making Up”. And you know, it worked like magic for us. Now we are more in love than ever.

How to Stop My Divorce and Rescue My Marriage
By Garth Anthony
So you are going through a divorce but you want to know how to stop your divorce and also rescue your marriage? First if you were the one who decided to get divorced, in other words it was your decision only then that will put you in a stronger position to get your marriage back on track! If you were not then do not worry it can still be done.
What I am going to cover in this article is a few points and ideas so that you can use them to stop your divorce and salvage your broken marriage, going through a divorce is hurtful enough when you both have decided that you really want a divorce, but it is especially tormenting if one of you really does not want to get divorced!
Here’s a few ideas that might help you to stop your divorce and get your marriage back on track.
1) Apologize:
People forget, especially when they are going through bad relationship problems that apologizing for anything that you have done or things you have caused does still work,If you explain that you were wrong and that you want to get back together and make this marriage work, you need to make it clear that whatever you have said you did not mean it and that when you said it you were angry and upset.
2) Let go of Blame!
If you do not want a divorce then you will need to let go of any blame or resentfulness so that you both can move on, if you are still harboring blame then you will only end up bringing it back up in an argument and you will never get these issues resolved properly.
3) Work Through Problems:
This is something you are going to have to do now and also in the future, for you both to rescue your marriage for good you will both need to listen to each other and work out your problems together.
If you just follow those 3 ideas above you will be able to sort out your relationship and stop your divorce, also when you have managed to salvage your relationship you will have to remember to always follow those three points, so that when problems rear their ugly heads you will both be prepared to deal with them in a step by step logical manner, it is sometimes the little silliest arguments that can cause people to break up and even get divorced, which can be prevented just by listening to each other and working out a solution!
Going through divorce is a hurtful experience as is any relationship problem, for more advice on how to salvage your relationship problems go to http://www.squidoo.com/breakingup-advice

Breaking up is one of the most heart wrenching experiences any couple can go through. It can affect you emotionally and physically as well. This type of event can affect how you treat everyone in your life from that point forward. If all you are thinking at the moment is “how can I get him back?” then you really continue reading.
Avoiding mistakes is perhaps one of the best things you can do in order to get your ex back. Unfortunately for many they are unaware they are even making these mistakes.
First off respect your ex’s decision to break up with you. There must have been a good reason for this. Try to figure this one out. If they want time to be away from you then respect this. Without mutual respect you have no chance at all of getting back with your ex.
Never, ever chase your ex. This makes them go further away from you. If you chase someone they will think that there is something wrong with you. Are you a stalker? Then you need to stop doing this as you are really hurting your future with your ex.
Making promises you can not keep will really hurt your chances in the future. If you have no intention of following through with something you say then do not say it. How can you promise the sky when you feel so helpless? This is one of the biggest mistakes that everyone seems to make at some time of their life.
Do you think that what you do will make your ex jealous? If so then stop this act right now. It will not work. Trying to make an ex jealous is one of the weakest things you can do in order to get them back. Do not date many other partners immediately after you have broken up. Certainly do not sleep around. These types of actions only solidify why they broke up with you in the first place. Remember your intention is to get her back and not drive her away.
Having the right information that works every time will really help. Many have found that this resource to be really helpful. Check it out.

The heartbreak of living without your ex is just too much. You want and intend to get your ex back as soon as possible. Can this nightmare ever end? Unfortunately a break up is just too common. Sometimes a break up can be fixed other times it will take an awful lot of work. Are you willing to put in the work to get your ex back?
Now is the time to think really carefully about what actually caused the end of the relationship. In a deep relationship you can not pin any one event as being the catalyst to the breakup. Break ups take time and occur over many events and dates.
First off just accept the break up. This will keep things civil and help alleviate any tensions. Make sure your ex knows you are taking this seriously. If you can come across as mature about it then you have a chance to win her back.
Space is really needed at this point in the game. Personal space and physical space is what is required. Remove yourself from her life. If you share friends make sure that you are not both at the same party together or hanging out together. Keep things civil and make sure you keep a line of communication open but do not be needy or act like a door mat. None of those qualities are particularly endearing and will certainly not help you get her back.
Finally you want to have a meeting with your ex. The reason for this is you want to see where you still stand in the relationship. If your ex believes that you are sincere and that you are really trying to get back together and if she wants that too then you stand a chance. But things have to change in your life. You must be more attractive to her then in the past. Can you make improvements in your life that she will appreciate? Then do this before the meeting. You must be very prepared for the meeting by being the best person you can be.
To be really prepared to get a girl back you should rely on experts in the field. I would definitely check this resource out if you want to stand a chance of getting back together.
